Salary: $179,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with healthcare practice and consultant leaders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultant relations professionals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for consultant relations and maintain ongoing partnerships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape, providing insights to internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer service to align partnership initiatives.
- Establish and report on key performance indicators for partnership success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the healthcare benefits industry, with significant benefits consulting experience.
- Proven track record in developing and managing strategic partnerships with healthcare benefits brokers and consultants.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and value.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Active work authorization in the US is required.
- Willingness to travel as needed (50% travel).
