What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of outbound and BDR-sourced pipeline generation.
- Lead and develop a multi-layered team of managers and BDRs, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Define the long-term vision, including org design, capacity planning, and expansion strategy for Business Development.
- Design and refine outbound segmentation, targeting, messaging, and channel strategy with cross-functional partners.
- Create scalable, repeatable outbound playbooks to improve meeting conversion, pipeline quality, and revenue.
- Implement AI-driven tools and automation to increase rep efficiency and personalization at scale.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Sales Development / Business Development, including leading multi-layered teams (managers of managers).
- Proven track record of owning outbound strategy and driving significant pipeline contribution in a high-growth B2B environment.
- Experience building and scaling outbound playbooks across segmentation, messaging, and channel strategy.
- Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- Strong analytical and operational rigor, with experience managing productivity metrics and pipeline generation.
- Experience leveraging AI and and automation tools to improve rep efficiency and outbound performance.
- Experience building high-performing, inclusive teams with strong coaching and development practices.
- Must be able to work from New York City office at least 4 days per week.
- Work authorization for the USA is required.

- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or HR-tech environments.
- Experience leading through rapid growth and organizational change.
