TL;DR

Territory Manager (Medtech): Driving revenue growth by selling innovative EEG technology to hospitals and building relationships with key stakeholders across multiple departments. Focus on C-suite sales, contract negotiation, and complex sales cycle management to expand market presence.

Location: Must be based in North Carolina, USA (Charlotte, Greensboro, Asheville)

Salary: $115,000 - $250,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Communicate hirify.global’s value proposition to build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop a strong pipeline of new business and launch partnerships.
  • Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments.
  • Successfully sell into the C-Suite and negotiate contracts with hospital executives.
  • Conduct effective discovery sessions with clinical and executive targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex, hospital-based sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated success with high sales rankings and ROI.
  • Strong hunter mentality to drive change through multiple stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence and coachability.
  • Prior experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments preferred.
