What you will do
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with benefits consultants at national and global levels.
- Drive advocacy among senior leaders in specialty practices to champion hirify.global and support sales goals.
- Partner with sales, channel partnerships, and other teams to drive pipeline and bookings.
- Create targeted sales tools and educational materials in collaboration with Product Marketing.
- Represent the company at national events to build brand presence and expand influence.
- Act as a liaison between sales, product, and customer success, providing consultant insights.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience in strategic alliances, channel management, or business development within the healthcare or benefits ecosystem.
- Proven track record of building and influencing relationships with senior executive leaders at national consulting or brokerage firms.
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic accounts at a national or enterprise level.
- Deep understanding of benefits consulting dynamics and ability to translate firm-level advocacy into measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and executive presence with excellent communication skills.
- Work authorization for the US is required (inferred from US-specific benefits).
