TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Denver, Colorado). Must be based in Denver, CO

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Identify and map target accounts and personas using Salesforce.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting primarily through cold calling and multi-channel sequences.
  • Qualify business opportunities based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Book qualified sales meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support prospecting campaigns.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to optimize research and outreach.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Must be based in Denver, Colorado.
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Openness to experimenting with and using AI tools as a daily partner.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) environments.
  • Knowledge of CSR or climate change.
