Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 OTE

What you will do
- Identify and map target accounts and personas using Salesforce.
- Conduct outbound prospecting primarily through cold calling and multi-channel sequences.
- Qualify business opportunities based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Book qualified sales meetings for Account Executives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support prospecting campaigns.
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to optimize research and outreach.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Must be based in Denver, Colorado.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Openness to experimenting with and using AI tools as a daily partner.
Nice to have
- Exposure to B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) environments.
- Knowledge of CSR or climate change.
