What you will do
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue quotas.
- Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for the Eastern Europe region.
- Enable multi-stakeholder selling in complex sales cycles in collaboration with partners.
- Manage pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and clearly identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Hire, onboard, and mentor top sales talent, fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Partnerships, Solution Engineering, and Customer Engagement teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams outside of the home market, ideally including Eastern Europe or the Alps.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise B2B sales cycles (300k/ARR+).
- Proven track record of developing high-performing teams in high-growth Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS/Tech companies, consistently exceeding ambitious sales goals.
- Focus and emphasis in methodology-based sales coaching, including MEDDPICC and a challenger mentality.
- Comfortable managing and working with data, including pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates, and deal health.
- Strong executive presence with top-tier communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with the C-suite.
- Able to balance structure and pragmatism in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
- Excellent German (spoken and written) and great English skills.
