What you will do
- Attain new logos by generating pipeline, working on tenders, and negotiating complex enterprise deals with business leaders, VPs, and C-level executives in Eastern Europe.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Business Development, Customer Engagement, Value Consulting, and other internal teams.
- Become a consultant for customers, advising them on how hirify.global and Agentic AI bring ROI to their day-to-day business.
- Deliver presentations and lead workshops for customers, both digitally and on-site.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to secure new logos from a defined list of accounts in Eastern Europe.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Technology/SaaS sales in a closing role, focused on Eastern Europe, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- In-depth understanding of industry trends, with the ability to articulate narratives of digital transformation.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Native/bilingual English and either Turkish or Polish skills (spoken and written).
- Technical affinity and interest in the (Agentic) AI industry.
- Must be based remotely in Germany and/or work from offices in Berlin or Munich.
