What you will do
- Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts.
- Generate new business opportunities through professional networking, cold-calling, and campaigns.
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Develop and present strategic business plans during quarterly reviews.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce (SFDC).
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention throughout the implementation and support process.
Requirements
- 7+ years of outside enterprise sales experience in Contact Center software or CRM.
- Proven track record as a successful sales hunter and closer.
- Experience selling at the C-level with superior professional presence and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapid-change environment.
- Must reside in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience selling Contact Center Software to companies with less than 1,000 seats.
- Knowledge of the assigned territory or target accounts.
