Location: This role is located in our Bracknell, UK, office, with in-person attendance required at a hirify.global office four days a week. Regular and extensive travel across Europe and occasionally to other regions is required.

What you will do

• Coordinate with sales, marketing teams, and business partners for smooth implementation of marketing strategies and sales communications, particularly for tradeshows and hirify.global-hosted events.
• Take ownership of event logistics, including vendor coordination, hotel bookings, exhibition arrangements, and on-the-ground event management.
• Manage webinars using marketing automation tools, including design, copy, social media graphics, dry runs, live coordination, and report preparation.
• Work with the demand generation team to track leads from events (MQLs).
• Support and elevate hirify.global's social media initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment with global voice and audience engagement goals.
• Collaborate to develop testimonials, video campaigns, and other creative assets for employer branding and audience connection.
• Coordinate purchase order and invoice processing for budget management.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing communications, particularly in events and webinars.
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• This role entails regular and extensive travel across Europe and occasionally to other regions.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new marketing technologies.
