What you will do

  • Map and understand the full customer lifecycle, identifying key moments and triggers for churn, upgrade, and expansion.
  • Analyze customer segments and identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers through upsell, cross-sell, and retention.
  • Translate data into actionable playbooks and guidance for Sales and GTM teams on account prioritization and outreach.
  • Partner with campaign managers to establish and refine campaigns aligned to various customer lifecycle stages.
  • Work with data and systems teams to ensure proper data availability and track key lifecycle and commercial metrics.
  • Continuously test, learn, and refine lifecycle strategies as the company and customer base evolve.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer insights / analytics, lifecycle / CRM / retention marketing, or revenue operations, sales strategy, or commercial analytics.
  • Proven track record of turning data into clear recommendations for Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
  • Confidence working with CRM/marketing tools and BI/data to build customer journey views.
  • Experience in a B2B, SaaS, or high-volume commercial environment.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • A commercial mindset, focusing on revenue, churn, upsell, and ROI.
