TL;DR

Location: Remote, must be based in the United States

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 (offers equity and commission)

What you will do

  • Own outreach to high-value or complex healthcare accounts, executing strong outbound strategies.
  • Design and implement outbound and nurture programs, refining messaging based on performance analysis.
  • Identify process bottlenecks, propose solutions, and help establish new processes.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Account Executives on qualification criteria and follow-up expectations.
  • Work with the Key Accounts Sales Director to penetrate larger accounts.
  • Drive legal and contracting processes for affiliated organizations within strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles within SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare.
  • Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and generating qualified pipeline.
  • Experience mentoring peers, leading initiatives, or operating as a team lead.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools, CRM workflows, sequence building, and metrics tracking (Salesforce & Outreach strongly preferred).
  • Strong planning skills, comfort with data, and ability to set and evaluate KPIs.
  • English: B2 required
