Mid Market Account Executive (DACH): Driving hirify.global’s growth by leading end-to-end sales processes for top-tier clients in the DACH markets with an accent on finding new revenue opportunities and customer enablement. Location: Hybrid, requiring presence in the Central London office 2 or 3 times a week. Focus on clients in the DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) territory.

What you will do
- Generate pipeline through outbound motions in collaboration with marketing and BDR teams.
- Drive expansion and grow existing client accounts in the DACH territory using a "land and expand" sales model.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales goals by developing account strategy and managing internal and client processes.
- Manage RFI/RFQ requests with hirify.global internal and customer teams.
- Understand digital experience challenges of prospects and clients, aligning hirify.global's ROI for a value-based selling approach.
- Develop innovative proposals, position complex pricing structures, and negotiate contracts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling a technical platform as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), and/or Account Executive.
- 1+ years of individual quota-carrying experience.
- 1+ years of growing and expanding existing customer accounts.
- Demonstrated expertise in closing $60-100k+ opportunities.
- Ability to drive your own pipeline generation with outbound capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Partner ecosystems.
- Understanding and experience working in product-led growth sales motions.
- Native German language skills.
