What you will do
- Coordinate the full software solution delivery process for respiratory clinical studies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Expert platform and study-level configuration.
- Analyze protocol requirements to determine technical implementation needs and create detailed project specifications.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and clients during UAT activities, including test script review and software walkthroughs.
- Present and explain project requirement specifications during client kick-offs and study amendments.
- Liaise with technical support and cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve technical usage issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research (pharmaceutical/biotech preferred).
- Must be based in or able to work from the United States or Costa Rica.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or related field.
- Strong experience in project management and creating clear technical documentation.
- Ability to travel approximately 20–30% based on client needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and remote presentation tools.
