Implementation Specialist (Medtech)

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Guide clients through the planning, development, training, and execution of hirify.global products.
• Design and maintain implementation schedules to ensure compliance with requirements and timeframes.
• Document all implementation requirements, objectives, obstacles, and delays.
• Assist in scoping projects to help develop proposals and contracts.
• Conduct onsite and virtual training and present at industry conferences and tradeshows.
• Collaborate with customer success teams to maintain a positive and aligned client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in implementation, project delivery, or adult education.
• Must be based in the US to follow the company Remote Work Policy.
• Understanding of state and national EMS and Fire reporting requirements.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for onsite meetings and events.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• PMP certification.
• Industry experience in healthcare or public safety.
• Knowledge of hirify.global products and functions.
