What you will do

• Coordinate and execute digital projects including organic audits, UX template optimization, and web testing.
• Manage daily activities across SEO, UX design, and content strategy teams using defined workflows.
• Track tasks, timelines, and dependencies in Workfront to ensure accountability.
• Communicate project status, deadlines, and actionable next steps to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, blockers, and scope creep early, escalating them with recommended solutions.
• Monitor project-level capacity and sequence risks to prevent prioritization conflicts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience coordinating projects in digital marketing, web, or creative environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting SEO, content strategy, or UX-related projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Workfront preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have
