What you will do

  • Own net-new enterprise opportunities from qualification to close, leading discovery and defining deal strategy.
  • Drive structured, high-preparation sales cycles, maintaining high standards in opportunity progression.
  • Guide prospects toward annual commercial commitments through a structured evaluation process.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Solutions teams to align commercial ambition and technical feasibility.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders across functions and seniority levels to build strategic relationships.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and high CRM hygiene with updated notes, next steps, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Significant enterprise new business experience (8–10+ years) in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proven track record of closing multiple enterprise deals (approximately €100K to €1M+ annual contract value).
  • Experience selling enterprise technology products, ideally AI-driven, platform-based, or infrastructure-oriented solutions.
  • Comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles (six to 12 months or longer).
  • Strong collaboration skills with Solutions/presales teams.
  • High standards for preparation, detail, organization, and CRM discipline.
  • Strategic relationship builder, actively expanding engagement across buying committees and executive stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in an evolving environment and shaping best practices.
  • Fluent English is required, plus at least one major European business language (French, German, Dutch, or Italian).
