What you will do

  • Prospect, qualify, pursue, and close opportunities within strategic accounts with revenues over USD 1bn.
  • Target new logo prospects and build strong relationships with key decision-makers (CPOs, CFOs, CIOs).
  • Develop trusted advisor-level relationships to position hirify.global as the preferred partner.
  • Create new business opportunities in collaboration with digital transformation partners.
  • Expand hirify.global's market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Contribute to shaping the future of enterprise accounts and driving global success for hirify.global.

Requirements

  • Experience in an Enterprise Account Director role.
  • Ability to drive growth by managing strategic accounts.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with C-level executives.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs in the context of business challenges.
  • Strategic approach to market presence expansion and revenue growth.
  • Work authorization for the United States is required.
