Salary: €94,600–€107,800 (base salary range)

- Masterfully navigate complex account landscapes, optimizing solutions and identifying new use cases.
- Anticipate roadblocks and objections, crafting win-win solutions for all stakeholders.
- Drive revenue and grow businesses, leveraging negotiation and data-driven insights.
- Partner with SDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and end-users, building strong relationships.
Requirements
- 4+ years selling directly into the Enterprise segment.
- 8+ years’ experience closing business with consistently high quota attainment, particularly within Enterprise SaaS.
- Proven ability to uncover hidden potential and drive exponential growth within established enterprise accounts.
- Exceptional ability to uncover business needs and build compelling cases for change.
- Experience leading multi-threaded sales processes with thoughtful planning.
- Familiarity with value-based sales approaches and a passion for enabling meaningful outcomes.
