What you will do
- Achieve annual sales quota and personally negotiate Enterprise-wide agreements.
- Coordinate and lead all sales activities to meet business goals.
- Ensure proposed sales and solutions capitalize on hirify.global CXone Mpower's strengths.
- Establish new strategic relationships while maintaining existing ones.
- Develop and maintain high-level relations with C-level executives.
- Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling multiple software products and services in a hunter-type role.
- Minimum of 1-2 years selling AI Software Solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications.
- Superior relationship and client management skills, effective in managing/resolving customer escalations.
- Collaborative approach to sales, working with multiple internal and external groups.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to build confidence and credibility with C and VP-level executives.
- Candidates must reside in Texas.
