Commercial Account Executive (AI): Building market share and increasing revenue streams within Enterprise and Commercial contact centers with an accent on personally negotiating Enterprise-wide agreements and coordinating all sales activities. Focus on establishing new strategic relationships, analyzing customers’ business situations, and identifying opportunities through AI technology.

Location: Remote (US) - Candidates must reside in Texas.

What you will do

  • Achieve annual sales quota and personally negotiate Enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Coordinate and lead all sales activities to meet business goals.
  • Ensure proposed sales and solutions capitalize on hirify.global CXone Mpower's strengths.
  • Establish new strategic relationships while maintaining existing ones.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relations with C-level executives.
  • Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling multiple software products and services in a hunter-type role.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years selling AI Software Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications.
  • Superior relationship and client management skills, effective in managing/resolving customer escalations.
  • Collaborative approach to sales, working with multiple internal and external groups.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to build confidence and credibility with C and VP-level executives.
  • Candidates must reside in Texas.
