Location: Onsite in San Francisco

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned merchant partners, ensuring timely issue resolution and high service standards.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities within existing accounts, including new product launches and expansion initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain structured account plans aligned with broader commercial strategy, defining clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Prepare and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), delivering performance insights and tracking agreed actions.
  • Partner closely with internal teams like Product, Operations, and Finance to coordinate launches and resolve issues.
  • Monitor market trends and merchant performance data to identify risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital payments, fintech, e-commerce, or related industries in account management or commercial roles.
  • Strong relationship management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and deliver against commercial objectives.
  • Strong Excel and presentation skills; experience preparing business reviews and commercial reporting.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market merchants.
  • Experience in mobile payments or digital commerce.
  • Additional language skills depending on regional coverage.
