VIP Relationship Manager (Crypto): Building and scaling a high-touch VIP and Wealth program by managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, acting as a trusted advisor and commercial growth partner with an accent on expanding client engagement across various crypto products and delivering a concierge-style experience. Focus on consultative discovery, tailoring solutions, and community building for high-net-worth clients.

Location: Based in our Dallas office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week.

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and top-revenue VIP clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Actively drive upsell and cross-sell across the VIP product suite, including Trading, OTC, Earn, Lending, and promotional programs.
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand client goals, asset allocation, trading patterns, and competitive usage.
  • Work closely with institutional sales, product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client activity, conversations, opportunities, and pipeline stages within the CRM.
  • Create and manage dedicated Telegram groups and direct channels to facilitate real-time engagement and community building for VIP clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or client advisory within financial services, fintech, trading, brokerage, or crypto.
  • Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling complex financial or technology products to high-value clients.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence client behavior and drive revenue growth through trusted relationships.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and outstanding communication skills to build credibility and rapport with senior and sophisticated clients.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) to manage pipelines, client engagement, and performance tracking.
  • A strong interest in digital assets, crypto markets, and emerging financial products.

  • Existing relationships or a personal network of high-net-worth or active trading clients.
  • Experience supporting clients across multiple products such as trading, yield, lending, or structured investment products.
  • A background in consultative or solution-based sales rather than transactional sales.
