What you will do

• Manage various leads and opportunities for existing hirify.global customers and partners interested in Spend and Expense.
• Guide the sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, services, market dynamics, and competitive offerings.
• Effectively manage time to maximize sales results.
• Document daily sales activities in Salesforce, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, and manage the sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work remotely within the United States.
• Proven track record of being in the top 10%-20% of your past sales company.
• Outbound lead sourcing experience.
• Experience with best-in-class sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Tableau.
• Flexibility in working outside of normal hours to close deals.
• Experience working with small to medium-sized business owners in B2B and SaaS sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to listen, earn trust, consult, and ask for a sale.

Nice to have

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business is highly preferred.
