What you will do
- Manage various leads and opportunities for existing hirify.global customers and partners interested in Spend and Expense.
- Guide the sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, services, market dynamics, and competitive offerings.
- Effectively manage time to maximize sales results.
- Document daily sales activities in Salesforce, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, and manage the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work remotely within the United States.
- Proven track record of being in the top 10%-20% of your past sales company.
- Outbound lead sourcing experience.
- Experience with best-in-class sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Tableau.
- Flexibility in working outside of normal hours to close deals.
- Experience working with small to medium-sized business owners in B2B and SaaS sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to listen, earn trust, consult, and ask for a sale.

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business is highly preferred.
