What you will do
- Define and execute data-driven sales strategies aligned with business priorities and market trends.
- Monitor sales results, funnels, and KPIs to identify growth levers and enable data-driven decisions.
- Structure the sales organization, establish operational rhythms, and drive disciplined pipeline management.
- Build and develop high-performing sales and support teams through ongoing coaching and skill development.
- Oversee support and customer success teams to deliver excellent customer experience and retention.
- Champion AI and sales technology tools to improve productivity and forecasting accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading B2B SaaS or digital sales teams, including demonstrated leadership of complex, multi-layered team structures.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
- Deep knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and modern sales tools; openness to AI-driven innovation.
- Must have eligibility to work in Italy.
