Salary: €70,000–€80,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle to acquire new Italian customers, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and close.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities by targeting high-potential accounts and verticals.
  • Execute consultative discovery to deeply understand prospects’ challenges and position hirify.global’s value proposition effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless onboarding and handoff experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed new logo acquisition targets, contributing to hirify.global’s growth trajectory in Italy.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasting, and pipeline progression in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS new business sales, with a proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding acquisition targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong consultative selling skills to uncover pain points, tailor solutions, and position value effectively.
  • Experience in building and managing pipelines with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar.
  • Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
