Location: Hybrid setup based in Catania, Italy, with 50% in-office time for collaboration. Up to 8 weeks a year can be spent from other inspiring locations.

What you will do

  • Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies, primarily through cold calling.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Track activity rigorously and monitor monthly target completion.
  • Conduct regular business trips to focus regions for market insights.
  • Support onboarding of new team members and share knowledge with international sales teams.
  • Help organize events to promote hirify.global and build a host community.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales or business development.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to convince hosts via phone (cold calling) and face-to-face.
  • Positive mindset towards challenges and empathic personality.
  • Solution-driven attitude and ability to work responsibly and organized.
  • Near native Italian skills.
  • Fluent English skills.
