Salary: 28,000–31,000€ per year + bonus.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers to strengthen retention and maximize platform usage.
- Re-engage inactive clients and boost product adoption through outbound campaigns.
- Monitor low-engagement accounts and provide personalized recommendations and feature guidance.
- Collaborate with Onboarding and Upselling teams to ensure seamless customer handoff and identify growth opportunities.
- Track customer health and engagement using internal dashboards and usage analytics.
- Act as a trusted advisor and voice of the customer for Product, Sales, and Support teams.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS, account management, or customer success.
- Strong customer empathy, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills.
- Comfort with outbound calling, user engagement, and light upselling/cross-selling.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
- Native Italian speaker.
- Good working proficiency in English (B2+).
