What you will do
- Lead, coach, and motivate the European team to exceed revenue targets through effective upselling and value-selling techniques.
- Oversee content strategies, including webinars and targeted campaigns.
- Drive efficiency by monitoring team activity and outreach quality through data-driven insights.
- Manage resource allocation across European markets.
- Produce technical performance reports for stakeholders.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and share best practices.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years as a Team Leader in SMB B2B SaaS Sales (Mandatory).
- Languages: Fluent English (Mandatory); other European languages (German, Italian, French) are a strong plus.
- Skills: Expertise in Inside Sales/Expansion coaching, objection handling, and data interpretation.
- Tools: Salesforce/CRM proficiency and Sales Acceleration (Hubspot, outreach)
- AI literacy
