What you will do

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new client accounts.
• Translate client business needs into workflows, ensuring accurate scope and cost for technical teams.
• Evaluate existing processes, recommend enhancements, and design solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Create commercial models that deliver the proposed workflows.
• Lead new client pitches and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze data to support decision-making processes and create measurement processes for new clients.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in solution design, process optimization, operations, or technical consulting.
• Experience in advertising, creative agency, production, or digital content operations.
• Fluency in German or French required.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into operational and technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence to lead conversations.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities.
