What you will do

• Own the full creative production cycle from initial brief to final delivery.
• Coordinate and manage freelancers (designers, motion artists), including onboarding and quality control.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists and AdOps teams to translate concepts into production-ready tasks.
• Set up and maintain task management systems in Asana, including workflows and templates.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Mentor and manage 1–2 creative assistants.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, digital, or an agency environment.
• English: B2+ (Fluent) required.
• Strong understanding of digital formats such as HTML5 banners, Rich-Media, and Overlays.
• Proficiency with task management tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello.
• Proven experience managing external vendors and freelancers.
• Location: Must be based within EMEA.
