What you will do

• Redesign operational processes with a strong focus on Quality Assurance and performance management.
• Identify and lead AI-driven initiatives to improve efficiency, automation, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive end-to-end transformation projects from problem definition through to implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and CX teams to deploy scalable operational solutions.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives including regional scaling, self-service automation, and cost optimization.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations with company-wide impact.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB preferred) or high-performance environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Proven experience or strong interest in AI, automation, and operations optimization.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must.
• Must be based in Madrid to work in a hybrid office setup.
