What you will do

• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements for new client accounts.
• Translate client needs into workflows for client and technical teams ensuring accurate scope and cost.
• Evaluate and improve existing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with teams to design solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Lead new client pitches and ensure smooth transition to implementation.
• Analyse data and create reports to support decision-making and recommend new solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely from Netherlands, Germany, or France
• Fluency in German and/or French
• 10-15 years experience in solution design, process optimisation, operations, or technical consulting.
• Experience in advertising, creative agency, production, or digital content operations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and remotely across multiple markets and teams.
