What you will do

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new client accounts.
• Translate client business needs into clear workflows for client and Tech teams, ensuring accurate scope and cost.
• Evaluate and recommend process enhancements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Design technology solutions aligned with overall business strategy and create commercial models.
• Lead new client pitches and facilitate smooth transitions to implementation.
• Analyze data to support decision-making and create measurement processes.

Requirements

• 10-15 years’ experience in solution design, process optimization, operations, or technical consulting.
• Experience in advertising, creative agency, production, or digital content operations.
• Fluency in German and/or French.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into operational and technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and a proactive approach.
