TL;DR
Business Segment Lead (Tech/Industry/New Segments): Articulate a vision for your business segment, define priorities and resources, and make strategic decisions to achieve market leadership with an accent on market intelligence, value proposition, pricing, and P&L ownership. Focus on developing go-to-market strategies, product trade-offs, and resource allocation based on quantitative and qualitative market insights.
Location: Hybrid in Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon (France); Brussels (Belgium); Madrid, Barcelona (Spain). You are based in (or willing to relocate to) one of these cities.

What you will do
- Build market expertise through quantitative sizing and qualitative analysis of customer pain points and needs.
- Develop differentiated value propositions and pricing strategies to lead in your segment.
- Define go-to-market strategies for renewals, expansions, distribution channels, sub-segments, and partners.
- Own P&L and build cases for resource allocation based on ROI.
- Collaborate with product teams on trade-offs informed by market insights.
- Work transversally with product, insurance, sales, marketing, and other segment leaders for alignment.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of prior experience leading a business (product category, business segment, etc.).
- Fluent in both English & French.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid or Barcelona.
- Exceptional ability to establish transversal influence.
- Experience analyzing data for a 360-degree market view.
- Strong business sense combined with deep product considerations.
- Able to articulate clear strategies amid complexity and uncertainty.
- Prior experience working with senior leadership.
- Generalist self-starter able to adapt quickly and support team on the field.
