What you will do

  • Lead one or more cross-functional teams to define and deliver a product strategy for customer engagement.
  • Help build the platform, capabilities, and app structure to optimize customer in-app experience and engagement.
  • Define the product strategy and set a high bar for impact and execution.
  • Communicate effectively to inspire people with the product vision and share context.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, data, research, and marketing teams.
  • Define, deliver, and measure the impact of customer-focused personalization and discovery experiences.

Requirements

  • Seasoned product manager with a track record of shipping world-class products at a fast-growing company.
  • Experience launching a consumer product within an EU market.
  • Data-driven, with a track record of collaborating with machine learning experts or data scientists.
  • Ability to systematically break down and solve complex problems.
  • Demonstrated good judgment in complex situations without clear right answers.
  • Great storyteller, able to motivate, energize, and inspire people towards a common goal.
