What you will do

• Lead product initiatives across the EduQa ecosystem.
• Ensure strategic alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development.
• Measure success by user and business impact.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B2C, fintech, platform, or education-related environments.
• Proven track record leading complex product initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience leading teams and driving end-to-end product initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, BNPL, or the education industry.
• Technical background in engineering, business, or economics.
