TL;DR

Sr. Manager, Sales Operations (Cybersecurity): Architecting and optimizing the operational framework for a $1B+ ARR sales segment with an accent on driving predictable growth and data-driven insights. Focus on managing the operational lifecycle of largest enterprise deals, ensuring forecasting accuracy, and optimizing territory & quota management for strategic accounts.

Location: Remote in the USA. Candidates must be based in one of the following states: CA, TX, NY, GA, or IL.

Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and sales leadership, translating complex sales data into actionable insights for territory planning and resource allocation.
  • Manage the operational lifecycle of large, multi-year enterprise deals, facilitating deal reviews and ensuring pricing integrity.
  • Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast cadence for the Strategics segment, ensuring high accuracy and identifying risks/upsides.
  • Design and optimize territories for the top 200 accounts to align with long-term land-and-expand goals.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Clari) and build scalable solutions to reduce administrative burden for the field.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure a unified go-to-market motion for valuable customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and G-suite.
  • Strong understanding of ARR, NRR, churn, contraction, and complex contract structures.
  • Experience with executive stakeholder management and outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate the complexity of 7 and 8-figure deals within a high-growth environment.
  • English language proficiency is required.

  • Proficiency with Clari and Tableau.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
