What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and sales leadership, translating complex sales data into actionable insights for territory planning and resource allocation.
- Manage the operational lifecycle of large, multi-year enterprise deals, facilitating deal reviews and ensuring pricing integrity.
- Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast cadence for the Strategics segment, ensuring high accuracy and identifying risks/upsides.
- Design and optimize territories for the top 200 accounts to align with long-term land-and-expand goals.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Clari) and build scalable solutions to reduce administrative burden for the field.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure a unified go-to-market motion for valuable customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and G-suite.
- Strong understanding of ARR, NRR, churn, contraction, and complex contract structures.
- Experience with executive stakeholder management and outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate the complexity of 7 and 8-figure deals within a high-growth environment.
- English language proficiency is required.
