Salary: $122,400–$156,000 a year (Zone 1 - New York City and San Francisco Bay Area)

What you will do

• Own critical sales operations processes, including territory management, Closed-Won deal review, and sales headcount and hierarchy management.
• Manage enablement, both live and documented, on processes and operations related to the CRM and GTM Systems.
• Constantly evaluate GTM systems and processes; ideate and execute on improvements and process automation.
• Work with GTM stakeholders and other GTM Ops team members to continuously identify and bridge gaps in data, systems, and processes to accelerate revenue.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales or Operations at a tech company or startup.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
• Ability and willingness to learn SQL and other data analysis and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with sales platforms like Clay, Gong.
