What you will do

  • Sell Abnormal security solutions to SLED agencies to achieve new annual recurring revenue quotas.
  • Manage accounts from initial conversation through contract signing and up-selling.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities to ensure pipeline for sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Document results and maintain accurate data across sales systems (Salesforce, Highspot, Close Plan).
  • Act as a customer advocate with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing) to prioritize revenue closure.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience prospecting and closing SLED accounts.
  • Proven track record of closing new account logos, cross-selling, and up-selling.
  • Skill in negotiating with large organizations and closing complex sales.
  • Consistent over-quota performance and/or top 5% in sales organizations.
  • Technical competency in security, email, cloud, and AI.
  • Experience selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel, with startup experience.
