TL;DR

Sr. Manager, Sales Development (Cybersecurity): Leading and coaching sales development managers to drive pipeline generation and over-achieve targets for the Public Sector/Healthcare sales teams. Focus on fostering a high-performance environment, optimizing outbound prospecting techniques, and providing strategic insights on team performance and lead quality.

Location: This is a hybrid role & requires you be within commuting distance + to work from the Austin office 3 times a week.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $0 - $0 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.

What you will do

  • Lead teams to over-achieve targets and deliver high-quality pipeline.
  • Drive sales development execution and KPI management, including daily metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Foster a high-performance environment by setting clear objectives and accountability.
  • Engage with CDRs and managers, sharing best practices in outbound prospecting techniques (phone, email, social outreach, intent data).
  • Manage relationships and communication with territory sales leaders.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales development team, assisting in recruiting and training.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience as a manager of a frontline sales/SDR team.
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales team KPIs over multiple fiscal years.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense, and strategic sales dashboards (Tableau, DOMO).
  • Strong leadership presence, team management abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
