Location: This is a hybrid role & requires you be within commuting distance + to work from the Austin office 3 times a week.

What you will do
- Lead teams to over-achieve targets and deliver high-quality pipeline.
- Drive sales development execution and KPI management, including daily metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Foster a high-performance environment by setting clear objectives and accountability.
- Engage with CDRs and managers, sharing best practices in outbound prospecting techniques (phone, email, social outreach, intent data).
- Manage relationships and communication with territory sales leaders.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales development team, assisting in recruiting and training.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience as a manager of a frontline sales/SDR team.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales team KPIs over multiple fiscal years.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense, and strategic sales dashboards (Tableau, DOMO).
- Strong leadership presence, team management abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
