What you will do
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through targeted outreach and networking.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within your territory.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities in the CRM, generating reports and analysis.
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets through the acquisition of new accounts and growth of existing accounts.
- Conduct in-depth market research on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Articulate hirify.global’s unique value proposition and explain how products mitigate security challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of outbound B2B sales experience selling complex software, preferably in a highly regulated market.
- Minimum one year of closing experience with a track record of strong performance.
- Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Strong Discovery and value-selling skillset.
- Proficiency in sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
- Strong foundational understanding of cybersecurity.
