Strategic Key Accounts Account Executive (SaaS): Acquiring and growing large enterprise customers in Japan, driving business transformation with hirify.global with an accent on understanding customer challenges in remote/hybrid work and identifying key partners. Focus on mastering discovery, inspiring new use cases, and driving account revenue growth.

Location: This role is focused on the Japan regional business and requires working within Japan, with a travel allowance for commuting.

What you will do

  • Be a long-term trusted partner to customers, identifying challenges in their remote/hybrid work and driving successful business transformation with hirify.global.
  • Build territory and account plans to define acquisition and expansion strategies.
  • Combine interests of multiple client partners to drive account revenue growth.
  • Initiate engagement with new trials/users within existing customers to expand use cases and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Customer Success, Product, Sales Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Ensure accurate data in the CRM to drive future growth strategies.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly quotas for pipeline, forecasts, and closed business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience with Tech/SaaS companies, with 3+ years in large enterprises.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and conducting meaningful conversations with CxO and VP/GM level executives.
  • Strong prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and opportunity qualification methodologies like MEDDPIC.
  • Language Proficiency: Native Level in Japanese and Business level in English, both spoken and written.
