What you will do
- Be a long-term trusted partner to customers, identifying challenges in their remote/hybrid work and driving successful business transformation with hirify.global.
- Build territory and account plans to define acquisition and expansion strategies.
- Combine interests of multiple client partners to drive account revenue growth.
- Initiate engagement with new trials/users within existing customers to expand use cases and revenue.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Customer Success, Product, Sales Engineering, and Marketing.
- Ensure accurate data in the CRM to drive future growth strategies.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly quotas for pipeline, forecasts, and closed business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of closing experience with Tech/SaaS companies, with 3+ years in large enterprises.
- Proven track record of building relationships and conducting meaningful conversations with CxO and VP/GM level executives.
- Strong prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling experience.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and opportunity qualification methodologies like MEDDPIC.
- Language Proficiency: Native Level in Japanese and Business level in English, both spoken and written.
