TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Driving the entire sales process from prospecting to closing business for cloud-based treasury, payments, and risk management solutions with an accent on understanding customer challenges and strategically proposing solutions. Focus on pipeline management, RFI/RFP responses, and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.

Location: Hybrid in Tokyo, Japan. Remote work is possible domestically within Japan.

What you will do

  • Build, nurture, and execute a sales pipeline to drive bookings within your assigned territory.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing new subscription business.
  • Understand customer challenges and strategically propose hirify.global's solutions.
  • Coordinate and lead responses to RFIs/RFPs, requests for information, and pricing.
  • Ensure opportunities are accurately reflected and maintained in Salesforce, providing regular sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Native Japanese ability and Intermediate English speaking and writing ability.
  • 5+ years of high-touch sales experience in enterprise or business applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present strategic solutions.
  • Experience in SaaS solutions sales.
  • Proficiency in AI for work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of finance/accounting.
  • Experience in the treasury domain.
