What you will do
- Build, nurture, and execute a sales pipeline to drive bookings within your assigned territory.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing new subscription business.
- Understand customer challenges and strategically propose hirify.global's solutions.
- Coordinate and lead responses to RFIs/RFPs, requests for information, and pricing.
- Ensure opportunities are accurately reflected and maintained in Salesforce, providing regular sales forecasts.
Requirements
- Native Japanese ability and Intermediate English speaking and writing ability.
- 5+ years of high-touch sales experience in enterprise or business applications.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and present strategic solutions.
- Experience in SaaS solutions sales.
- Proficiency in AI for work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of finance/accounting.
- Experience in the treasury domain.
