What you will do
- Serve as the primary client contact, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customers receive expected value from solutions.
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas by driving new sales growth within your existing customer base.
- Advocate for customers, building relationships, and identifying key MBOs to create new champions.
- Identify whitespace in existing accounts to promote upgrades and cross-sells through value-based presentations.
- Devise and execute account strategies and plans to maximize customer success and account growth.
- Provide high-touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed.
Requirements
- Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role.
- 4+ years of B2B high-touch sales experience.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable handling client objections and negotiations.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and also in a team environment.
- Ability to confidently propose to executives and engineers, and influence decision-makers.
- English: Proficiency required.
