What you will do

• Lead complex organisation design and operating model engagements or major workstreams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Executive and HR leaders.
• Own delivery quality, rigour, and outcomes across OD engagements.
• Lead, coach, and develop OD consultants across multiple engagements.
• Contribute to the development of OD capability, tools, and propositions.

Requirements

• Deep organisational design expertise and extensive experience leading OD and operating model work.
• Credible and confident with executive-level stakeholders.
• Highly skilled in leading senior, high-stakes workshops.
• Background in consulting or senior in-house OD / transformation roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Technology literate – Fluent in Microsoft Office and comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT).
