Chief of Staff (AI Neobank): Driving strategic execution for BJAK's AI Neobank expansion across products, markets and teams with an accent on operating cadence, cross-functional coordination, and leadership decision-making. Focus on translating strategy into measurable progress, identifying risks and dependencies, and managing high-impact special projects across product, engineering, licensing, partnerships, finance, and operations.
Location: United Kingdom; hybrid role with at least 3 days per week in the UK office

What you will do
- Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
- Build and manage the operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
- Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
- Prepare decision memos, board and leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies before they become blockers.
- Own special projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority.
Requirements
- Experience driving strategic execution across multiple teams.
- Strong judgment, communication, prioritization, follow-through, writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, work with limited guidance, and translate high-level strategy into detailed execution.
- Strong English communication is required; English is the main working language.
- Must be based in the UK and work from the UK office at least 3 days per week.
