What you will do

• Lead and oversee all direct and matrixed operations for the BBDI team, delivering against expense and risk objectives.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing automation opportunities to scale the business.
• Oversee outsourced operations to ensure service delivery excellence across end-to-end processes and platforms.
• Implement robust internal controls and compliance procedures to maintain operational integrity.
• Manage the operational risk register and oversee Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning (DR/BCP).
• Build talent development and retention programs while implementing succession planning for key roles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role managing global, highly matrixed teams.
• In-depth understanding of global and local custody ecosystems related to Proxy and/or Asset Services.
• Proven ability to manage and execute large-scale operational offshoring projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Location: Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
