• Facilitate structured working sessions and workshops focused on work and career architecture.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to inform architecture and career design.

Requirements

• Experience delivering job architecture, job family, or career framework projects.
• Background in consulting, reward, HR transformation, or internal Work & Career Architecture roles.
• Exposure to job evaluation and work measurement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Work format: Hybrid in London.

Nice to have

• Fluent in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
