Account Executive (SaaS): Expanding business for current customers and pursuing new business opportunities within the Majors Technology team with an accent on strategic sales plans and understanding client's IT roadmap. Focus on complex enterprise sales strategies and exceeding sales objectives within the Technology industry.

Location: Must be based in New York, US

Salary: $140,000 - $183,750

What you will do

  • Conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their IT roadmap to drive hirify.global solutions.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities within allocated accounts.
  • Achieve sales quotas by developing a sales strategy with a target prospect list and regional sales plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of field sales experience selling technical solutions and software products into the enterprise market.
  • Experience selling within the Technology industry.
  • Experience executing complex enterprise sales strategies within Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and/or AI/ML.
  • Familiarity with a solution-based approach to selling and experience managing complex sales processes.
  • Excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and close new client relationships independently.
  • Experience hitting multi-million $ revenue targets annually.
