Workforce GTM Business Rhythm & Performance (Sales Operations): Driving the operational rhythm of the Go-To-Market team to accelerate growth by orchestrating business reviews and identifying performance gaps with an accent on funnel inspection, quota management, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on transforming data into actionable insights and ensuring accountability across Sales and Marketing to achieve targets.

What you will do
- Orchestrate the weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews across the entire Go-To-Market team.
- Deep-dive into the sales funnel to identify lead drop-offs and partner with Marketing/Sales to improve conversion.
- Transform raw data into a cohesive story regarding the state of the business for leadership.
- Establish and operationalize ambitious new quotas that drive sales performance.
- Ensure business reviews result in concrete action items and drive progress with cross-functional partners.
- Bridge the gap between Product Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment on performance targets.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Analytics.
- Strong analytical ability to parse through data and find key insights.
- Comfortable using Salesforce and BI tools.
- Highly organized with a talent for running high-stakes meetings and keeping cross-functional teams accountable.
- Possess executive presence, comfortable challenging Sales and Marketing leaders on performance metrics and driving alignment under pressure.
Nice to have
- SQL experience is a plus.
- Technical expertise in Salesforce (reporting, dashboarding, and workflow logic) is a plus.
- Tech experience preferred; experience in large-scale organizations or high-growth SaaS is a plus.
