TL;DR
GTM Sales Operations & Strategy Lead (Medtech/AI): Defining and scaling the field-sales motion for an AI-native mental healthcare platform with an accent on CRM infrastructure, territory management, and quota planning. Focus on building scalable operational processes and designing commission structures to support hyper-growth.
Location: On-site in New York City (5 days a week). Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Salary: $100,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Scale the field-sales motion at the intersection of GTM, operations, product, and strategy.
- Build and manage commission plans, quota plans, and territory management.
- Develop and optimize CRM infrastructure and data enrichment strategies.
- Own high-impact projects end-to-end from ideation through execution.
- Collaborate daily with the Founder and other business leaders to define success in field-sales.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in GTM strategy & ops, ideally for a field-sales motion.
- Experience working in a startup or other high-growth tech-first organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Excited to be in-person in New York City 5 days a week.
