• Support the Technology Digital Officers Practice in business development and executive search projects.
• Prepare company overviews for account teams and develop target lists.
• Identify potential candidates using online and proprietary tools.
• Determine organizational structures through company outreach.
• Manage and update highly confidential candidate records in the proprietary CRM.
• Contribute to market intelligence projects and proactively track industry trends.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a well-regarded institution.
• Genuine interest in learning about people, business, and industry characteristics/needs.
• High energy level, able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and adhere to best practice guidelines.
• Outstanding communication skills, especially telephone skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and candidate information.
• Project a professional image and poise when interacting with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and databases (such as Bloomberg, Factiva, Lexis-Nexis).
